- You work in collaboration with the Hotel Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager to ensure the smooth running of the F&B; operations (including the Service & Bar departments)
- You make sure that all internal and external standards and processes are in place and you are in contact with all F&B; suppliers for an optimal commercial relationship
-You are responsible for the control of the supply of goods, stock control and costs as well as monthly reports (inventories and P&L; analysis)
- You are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and improvement of MEININGER quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations (HACCP, safety, etc.)
- You manage the F&B; team,



recruit together with Hotel Manager, guide and develop the diverse team of around 10 people (Supervisor, employees and Barman)
- You train, coach and mentor your team with an individual approach, aiming for everyone to perform to their full potential
- Youre adaptable and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
