Principal, based from Ibiza
Our client is a highly successful entrepreneur and investor with extensive international business interests
and a busy family life. This role is approximately 80% business support and 20% personal support, requiring
a proactive, highly organised and discreet individual who can act as a trusted right hand
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Family Office and work closely with a dynamic Principal in a




varied and high-level support role
Responsibilities
• Complex diary and inbox management
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and key stakeholders
• Managing international travel, itineraries and logistics
• Liaising with lawyers, accountants, banks and professional advisers
• Supporting Family Office administration, operations and projects
• Preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials and correspondence
• Assisting with personal appointments, family schedules and lifestyle management
• Overseeing ad hoc projects and special assignments
• Handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
• Acting as a key point of contact for the Principal and managing stakeholder communications
Candidate Profile
• Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Entrepreneur, Family Office or
UHNW Principal
• Professional-level Spanish and English language skills, both written and spoken
