Role Description
The Account Executive & Production Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid. This position is responsible for
supporting client account management
, including day-to-day communication, coordination of project timelines,
and ensuring that client expectations are understood and met. The role includes assisting with
production planning, helping organize events and experiential activations
, and coordinating logistics with internal teams and external partners. The Account Executive & Production Assistant will help prepare briefs, track budgets, manage documentation, and support quality control throughout the production process. The role also involves contributing to internal meetings, maintaining organized records of projects, and providing versátil support across account and production needs as projects evolve.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or production, ideally within an agency delivering congresses, trade fairs, exhibitions, or experiential projects.
- Strong communication, client relationship, and organizational skills.
