In the role of
ZE Transition Business Partner
, you will play a critical part in closing that gap. Acting as a link between central strategy and local execution, you will help bring plans to life—working closely with operational teams to ensure initiatives are implemented, adopted, and sustained over time.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the
rollout and delivery
of zero-emission initiatives, from early-stage planning through to implementation and continuous improvement
- Work alongside local teams to
translate strategy into actionable steps
that fit their operational reality
- Ensure that solutions are not only designed, but
fully adopted and owned
by the business
- Support the development and validation of
robust business cases
, combining financial, technical, and operational perspectives
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners (energy providers, infrastructure specialists, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
