:

Experience and specialization (from 7 to 10 years)
- More than 10 years as a NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN
- Experience in radio equipment at Nokia and Ericsson in the aforementioned technologies as well as controllers (BSC and RNC)
- Extensive experience in the N1 Technical Support Service, with extensive experience in RAN network management.
- Solid knowledge in the support processes for in the field of Mobile RAN Access.
- With knowledge of RAN in the protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc. that make them up.
- With the capacity for analysis, throubleshooting and solution proposal.

Features
- Management of N1 incidents, diagnoses, customer complaints and execution of BTPs.
- Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.
- NOC team management and quality analysis capability

Tools
- Systems for Activity and Work Reception, Incident Management and BTPs : iGRI
- Network Element Management Systems: specific to the RAN manufacturers involved.
- Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA.
- Case escalation: iGRI , CEX.
- MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
