The adecuado candidate has evolved from development into Quality Assurance, understands testing and automation at a technical level, and is now focused on defining quality strategies, assessing risks, challenging existing QA practices, and driving data-driven decision-making. You will leverage quality metrics, business insights, and AI-driven approaches to help shape the future of quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate actionable insights from quality and engineering data to support strategic decision-making across technology teams.
- Monitor and interpret trends related to product quality, testing effectiveness, operational performance, and delivery health.




- Translate complex datasets into meaningful business recommendations that improve software reliability, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operational stakeholders to identify areas for optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and evolve reporting frameworks that provide visibility into quality performance and organizational maturity.
- Promote a data-driven culture by ensuring quality metrics are understood, adopted, and leveraged across teams.
- Assess quality-related risks and proactively highlight opportunities to improve engineering practices and delivery processes.
- Contribute to the definition of future Quality Engineering capabilities, including the adoption of AI-based approaches and advanced analytics.
