As a
Technical Business Analyst – Oracle HCM Cloud (Data Migration & Integration)
, you will be a key player in a large-scale
HR transformation program
for a major international financial institution. You will drive the
data migration architecture
,
integration design
, and
technical delivery
of Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring robust, reliable, and scalable solutions that support critical HR and payroll processes.

What we’re looking for

Core – Technical (required)
- 4+ years
as a
Technical BA, integration developer, or data migration engineer
on
HCM or ERP programs
.
- Hands-on experience with
Oracle HCM Cloud
:
HDL / HSDL
,
HCM Extracts
,
Fast Formulas
,
UCM
,
Process Monitor
.
- Experience with
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
:Ability to
read, validate,



and contribute
to integration recipes and orchestration flows.
- Strong
SQL
skills:Data profiling, reconciliation queries, anomaly investigation.
- Solid understanding of
data exchange formats
:
XML, JSON, CSV
– comfortable reading and debugging raw payloads.
- Knowledge of
REST APIs and SOAP
:Request/response cycles, authentication flows (
OAuth 2.0, JWT
), error handling.
- Experience with
SFTP / file-based integrations
:Naming conventions, scheduling, error management.
- Familiarity with
defect and test management tools
:
JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr
or equivalent.
- Strong
analytical mindset
, high
attention to detail
, and ability to work
autonomously
on technical workstreams.

Plus – Functional HR knowledge (nice to have)
- Familiarity with
Core HR processes
: workforce structures, position management, employee lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of
payroll interfaces
and the data expected by payroll syst
