About the Role

EFT Energy Solutions is a fast-growing European integrator and service partner specialising in commercial and industrial battery energy storage systems (BESS). As our Inside Sales & Customer Support specialist, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for our German-speaking customers and partners -- handling enquiries, preparing quotes, managing orders, and making sure every customer interaction is handled professionally and promptly. You will work closely with our field sales team to keep them focused on the road while you take care of everything behind the scenes. Over time, strong candidates will take on independent responsibility for smaller accounts, handling the full cycle from first contact to closed deal. The role is based remotely in Spain, with occasional travel to Germany for customer visits and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support & Inside Sales

· Serve as the main contact for inbound enquiries from German-speaking installers, distributors, and partners

· Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing requests, and product proposals





· Handle order processing and coordinate with logistics, finance, and technical teams

· Manage smaller accounts independently -- from first contact through to order confirmation and repeat business

2. Field Sales Support

· Back up the field sales team: prepare materials, handle follow-ups, and cover customer communication during travel

· Keep CRM data up to date: contacts, deal stages, account activity, and pipeline entries

· Support onboarding of new partners: documentation, account setup, and first-order coordination

· Help prepare sales presentations, product comparisons, and offer documents in German

3. Account Development

· Proactively follow up with existing customers to identify repeat order opportunities and new project needs

· Flag upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the field sales team
