Marketing Intern – Ibiza Estates

Are you passionate about marketing, social media, and content creation? We're looking for a proactive and organized
Marketing Intern
to join our team in Ibiza and work closely with our Marketing Manager.

What you'll do
- Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing activities and keep projects organized and on track.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple platforms.
- Create and edit content using
Canva
and
CapCut
.
- Help manage social media by understanding what makes engaging posts and Reels, and assist with content planning.
- Ensure all content aligns with the Ibiza Estates brand, tone, and visual identity.
- Support photo and video shoots, including filming B-roll and assisting behind the camera.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments,



following up with partners, and keeping marketing processes structured.

What we're looking for
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using
Canva
and
CapCut
.
- A good understanding of social media trends and engaging content.
- A creative eye and an understanding of branding and visual aesthetics.
- Proactive, independent, and eager to take initiative without waiting for instructions.
- Fluent in
English
. Dutch, German, or Spanish is a plus.
- Based in Ibiza with a valid driver's license and your own car.
