? Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PharmaSuite Support Analyst with strong MES expertise to support the design, configuration, validation, and deployment of Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) within Rockwell PharmaSuite.

? Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Rockwell PharmaSuite / MES
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (Solid Oral Dose & Packaging preferred)
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Testing Practices (GTP)
- Experience creating and configuring Electronic Batch Records (EBRs)
- Ability to author requirements, specifications,



and validation documents
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio
- Strong Agile team collaboration skills

? Responsibilities
- Participate in fit-gap analysis, process modeling, and process standardization
- Configure EBRs in Development, Stage, and Production environments
- Support requirements gathering and Building Block (BB) design
- Perform testing and validation activities
- Provide HyperCare and Go-Live support
- Collaborate with site SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver MES solutions
