About the Role

As the ESG Manager for Changan Europe, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework across all European subsidiaries, including the UK subsidiaries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ESG integration into business strategy, operations, and communications,



while ensuring Changan’s sustainability initiatives across Europe and the UK align with global standards and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of ESG management systems across Changan’s European subsidiaries, including the UK subsidiaries.
- Formulate the annual ESG work plan, define priorities, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy and EU and UK sustainability frameworks.
- Coordinate ESG initiatives across departments such as Business, Aftersales, and Brand to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage ESG data collection, reporting, and disclosure in accordance with EU and UK regulations (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR).
- Identify ESG-related risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring effective integration into enterprise risk management.
