Our Innovation Department manages a diverse portfolio of European, national, public, and private R&D; projects and collaborates with leading industrial and research partners across Europe.

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to support the day-to-day execution of our innovation projects and contribute to the development of new funding opportunities.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of ongoing R&D; and innovation projects, ensuring the smooth execution of technical activities, deliverables, and project reporting. The role also includes supporting the preparation of new project proposals and funding applications.

The position offers the opportunity to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment with significant exposure to European innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution and Monitoring




- Support the daily management and execution of European, national, public, and private R&D; projects.
- Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Coordinate technical inputs from internal teams and project partners.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Support the organization of consortium meetings, workshops, and project events.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues to senior project managers when required.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Proposal Development Support
- Support the preparation and drafting of grant proposals and innovation projects.
- Contribute to partner mapping, technical writing, and proposal preparation activities.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, work plans, and project documentation.
