Role Description





The Customer Care Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for providing high-quality customer support to CoreFi’s financial institution and fintech clients. In this role, the representative will handle inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolve product and service issues, and guide users through platform features and workflows. The position involves monitoring support tickets, escalating complex technical or compliance-related concerns to appropriate teams, and ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses. The representative will document customer interactions, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with product and operations teams to improve user experience and customer satisfaction. This role also includes contributing to support documentation, FAQs, and self-service resources to help clients use CoreFi’s solutions more effectively.
