We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative
, reporting directly to our Customer Service Manager. As a member of DOGA's Supply Chain team, he/she will act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring the efficient management of customer orders from receipt to delivery while proactively monitoring delivery commitments and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Tasks
- Manage the complete customer order cycle,



from order entry to final delivery.
- Monitor open orders and delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Transportation to resolve supply and delivery issues.
- Keep customers informed about order status, delivery dates, and potential delays.
- Coordinate national and international shipments with logistics providers.
- Manage transport documentation and operations according to Incoterms.
- Maintain accurate order information and customer data in SAP.
- Analyze customer demand, forecasts, and delivery performance to anticipate risks and improve service levels.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Service and Supply Chain processes.

Profile Required
- Vocational education or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of ex
