PPA Origination Specialist
to join our
Energy Management
team.

This role will support the analysis, structuring, negotiation, and execution of
Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
across our European portfolio, working closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to deliver optimal commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities




- Support the analysis and structuring of PPAs across multiple technologies (wind, solar PV, BESS, hybrid) and contract types (Pay-as-Produced, Baseload, Fixed Profile, financial CfDs).
- Review and assess PPA term sheets and contracts, identifying key commercial, financial, and risk-related provisions.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate PPA economics, including forward curve analysis, capture prices, Guarantees of Origin (GoOs), and scenario analysis.
- Support the PPA origination process, including RFQs/RFPs, counterparty engagement, and offer evaluation.
- Monitor European PPA markets, pricing trends, regulatory developments, and counterparty activity.
- Support commercial negotiations and coordinate with Legal, Finance, M&A;, Risk, and Asset Management teams throughout the process.
