The
Program Manager
will serve as the primary onsite representative for the customer, responsible for driving service delivery excellence, stakeholder management, operational governance, and strategic growth initiatives. The role acts as a bridge between customer leadership, business stakeholders, and global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of infrastructure and cloud services.

The profile:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services and Program Management.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise customers.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
- Experience handling integral delivery and offshore teams.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, automation, and optimization.
- Support account growth, solutioning, and upsell initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, solution, and delivery teams for new opportunities.
- Good understanding of:
- Datacenter Operations
- Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS)
- VMware & Virtualization
- Network & Security Operations
- Storage & Backup Services




- Experience working with European customers and multicultural teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact for customer leadership and key business stakeholders.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives and functional teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, service reviews, and Management Review Meetings (MRMs).

Program Management
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure managed services across Datacenter, Cloud, Network, Wintel, VMware, Storage, and Security domains.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and contractual commitments.
- Manage service risks, escalations, dependencies, and critical incidents.
- Drive operational stability and continual service improvement initiatives.

Governance & Reporting
- Prepare and present executive dashboards, service report
