Your IMPACT
As Business Process Lead – ATS & Candidate Experience, you will ensure the effectiveness, consistency, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems across the organization. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, safeguarding process integrity while enhancing the candidate experience through data-driven insights and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
Own ATS Governance and Performance




- Act as the business owner of the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure system usage aligns with recruiting processes, policies, and compliance requirements
- Monitor system adoption, data quality, and operational effectiveness
- Partner with People Technology (HRDS) teams on system enhancements, design discussions, and vendor interactions
- Represent business requirements in ATS-related initiatives and changes

Drive Candidate Experience Excellence
- Maintain ownership of the end-to-end candidate journey, from application through hiring
- Ensure recruiting processes support a positive, efficient, and equitable candidate experience
- Identify experience gaps and process friction points through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
- Implement continuous improvements within the existing operational framework
