Job responsibilities
Your role will be:
Data framework:
Collaborate with the BP&T; Department in maintaining our reporting tools for the integral Wholesale Team
Contribute to the continuous cleaning and checking of database (Partner, order, network, etc.) ensuring efficient maintenance (new and existing records)
Orders follow-up:
- Follow up and reporting of the Inbound planning for all product categories identifying alerts of main deviations vs Plan
- Follow up and analysis of the leftovers list and production cancellations
Business Operations:
- Support the Team on the weekly performance reporting and review
- Liaise with the SC team in the availability of stock opportunities
- Support the Team in the Partner’s reorder requests throughout the season
- Assist with operational management, including RTV processes and maintaining masterfiles
Buying session:
- Ensure the products are properly uploaded and available in the buying tool supporting clusters’ assignation
- Generate panoramas updates and final quantities report
Others:
- Support operational control of POs, including managing supplier invoices, monitoring team performance, communicating with Commercial teams, and tracking POs across all Wholesale accounts
