About the Role:

, working closely with different stakeholders across the business. Additionally, exposure to tools like

Customer Experience
and overall service quality.

Main Responsibilities:
You will be working on supporting customs documentation while gaining insight into
International Logistics
processes. A key part of your role involves contributing to
Incident Resolution
, ensuring that customer delivery issues are handled efficiently and professionally. Close collaboration with Demand Planning and Supply teams will allow you to participate in
Stock Management
and ensure smooth execution of the
Order to Delivery Process
.



Additionally, you will interact with
3PL Coordination
, warehouse, and transport teams to guarantee
OTIF (On Time In Full)
deliveries and seamless
Logistics Coordination
. Monitoring deliveries, confirming volumes, and supporting KPI tracking will give you a strong foundation in
Data Analysis
and performance management. Throughout the internship, you will develop a deep understanding of
Customer Support
within a complex supply chain environment.

About You:
You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and are eager to start your career through a Business Administration Internship in a leading
FMCG company
