Our client is a specialist turnkey construction company delivering complex projects across the data centre, energy, defence, and advanced technology sectors. They provide end-to-end design, construction, and project management services, partnering with industry-leading clients to deliver high-quality, innovative, and safe construction solutions.

*The Role*

We are seeking an experienced Commercial / Bid Manager to lead the commercial and tendering activities for our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive tenders, managing cost estimates, supporting subcontractor procurement, and ensuring commercial risks and opportunities are effectively identified and managed.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead the preparation, submission,



and management of tenders, bids, and commercial proposals.
- Review tender documentation, technical specifications, and client requirements.
- Develop accurate project cost estimates, budgets, and pricing strategies.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Teams, and Procurement teams to develop competitive and compliant proposals.
- Support contract reviews and commercial negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor market trends, supply chain conditions, and construction cost movements.
- Assist project delivery teams with cost control, change management, and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requisitos
- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager, Bid Manager, Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or similar commercial role within the construction industry.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Constructi
