YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contract management with a focus on real estate and property development projects.
- Conducting pragmatic legal risk assessments and providing practical recommendations.
- Acting as the liaison between the company and external law firms.

YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in contract law (drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts), ideally within the construction and/or real estate sector.
- High level of reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent written and spoken German and Spanish, as well as good English skills.
