Your mission & impact

As a
Senior HRIS / Oracle HCM Functional Analyst
, you will play a key role in a large-scale
HR systems transformation
across Europe. You will lead the
functional design, data migration, and testing
of
Oracle HCM
(or similar HR platforms), working closely with HR, integration, and project management teams to ensure a consistent, reliable, and business-aligned solution.

What we’re looking for
- 8+ years
of experience in
business analysis
within
HR systems / HRIS implementations / enterprise platform migrations
.
- Deep expertise in
requirements engineering
,
functional design
,
data mapping
, and
interface specification
for HR technologies.
- Strong understanding of
HR processes
(payroll, talent management, employee data lifecycle, core HR).
- Experience with




Oracle HCM
or similar platforms (
SuccessFactors, Workday
, etc.).
- Proven experience in
data integration projects
: data dictionary definition, legacy-to-target mapping, ETL logic, and exception handling.
- Solid background in
test planning
,
UAT coordination
, and creation of
training materials
and
user documentation
.
- Experience in
vendor management
and collaboration with
technical teams
(integration, development).
- Proficiency with tools such as
JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio
or equivalent.
- Excellent
analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
with business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English
and
Spanish native
.
- Based in
Madrid
