We are looking for an experienced
Technical Lead (.NET)
to join a large international technology environment supporting business operations across
18 countries
. This is a key technical leadership position for someone who combines a strong development background with a deep understanding of software architecture and solution design.

You will act as the technical reference point for the team, helping shape architectural decisions, defining best practices, and ensuring technical excellence across the platform. While this is not a people management role, you will provide technical leadership, represent the team in technical discussions, and guide strategic technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the technical vision of the platform and applications.
- Define architecture standards, design principles, and development best practices.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Support solution design and architectural decision-making across multiple initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, architects,



and business stakeholders to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Review technical solutions and provide guidance to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Represent the development team in cross-functional and international discussions.

Requirements
- Strong experience as a
Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Software Architect, or Senior .NET Developer with architecture responsibilities

- Extensive knowledge of
.NET technologies and software development best practices
.
- Solid understanding of
software architecture, application design, integration patterns, and scalable enterprise solutions
.
- Ability to maintain a high-level technical vision while understanding implementation details.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent or professional proficiency in
Spanish and English
