Role Description
The Strategical Partner Manager-DSP at Cainiao Express Iberia is an on-site role based in Madrid, responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with delivery service providers (DSPs). This position oversees day-to-day partner performance, including monitoring KPIs, resolving operational issues,



and ensuring adherence to service quality and compliance standards. The role involves designing and implementing partnership strategies, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, finance, and product to align partner capabilities with business goals. The Strategical Partner Manager-DSP analyzes data to identify improvement opportunities, proposes optimization initiatives for last-mile delivery, and supports the roll-out of new programs or technologies with key partners. The role requires regular communication with DSP stakeholders, preparation of performance reports, and contribution to long-term planning for the Iberia market.
