Who you are
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- You already completed an internship in sales and client service, ideally in a tech-related field (preferable)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors
- Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications
- Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key
- Analytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation made
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
- Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning
- Needs to be able to sign an internship contract in Spain for 6 months

What the job involves
- As an Intern of the Campaign Management team,



you will have the chance to learn and dive into the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple General Accounts, some of the largest in Performance Media EMEA.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to see campaigns through from planning stages to post-campaign reporting and analysis of performance
- Custom Support for Performance Media EMEA’s highest spending clients in collaboration with the Campaign Manager and Account Strategist of the accounts. You will develop your knowledge on an ongoing basis and contribute to the growth of accounts
- Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers
- End-to-end optimization of campaign budgets, technical set-ups reviews, and creative reviews to exceed client objectives
- Internal administrative tasks: submit, request & follow up with support teams (Finance, Data Analysts, Technical Solutions, Creative Designers, Go-to-Ma
