At IO Skateparks, we continue to grow internationally and are looking for an experienced
Procurement and Logistics Manager
to join our team in Barcelona and coordinate purchasing, supplies and logistics for our construction projects.

We are a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, builders and action sports enthusiasts, specialised in the design and construction of skateparks, pumptracks and urban sports facilities. We develop tailor-made projects from concept to execution, creating public spaces that become meeting points for the community.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end purchasing process for the materials, tools, equipment and supplies required for our construction projects, from identifying needs to final delivery.





• Sourcing and evaluating national and international suppliers and logistics partners, while building strong and reliable professional relationships.

• Requesting, comparing and negotiating quotations, prices, payment terms and delivery conditions, while identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve processes.

• Placing and monitoring purchase orders, coordinating transportation to construction sites across Spain and Europe, and ensuring that deliveries arrive on time and at the correct location.

• Reviewing and monitoring supplier invoices, verifying their accuracy and coordinating with the accounting department to ensure correct processing and payment.

• Coordinating with site managers, project managers, suppliers and transport companies, resolving urgent purchasing requests or delivery issues, and maintaining accurate procurement and logistics records.
