We are expanding our team to continue developing Erasmus+ projects in the field of Vocational Education and Training.

We are looking for a European Mobility Project Manager to join an experienced European projects team and support the operational management of international mobility programmes for VET students. The role is part of a stable and collaborative working environment, with ongoing coordination with educational institutions, European partners and host organisations.

Responsibilities
- Manage the operational aspects of Erasmus+ mobility projects.
- Organise and coordinate the logistical and administrative elements of mobility programmes.
- Monitor and support participants throughout the mobility process.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, international partners and other stakeholders involved in the projects.

Requirements
- Qualification in project management, international relations, education,



administration or a related field.
- B2–C1 level of English for professional work in international contexts.
- Ability to manage tasks, deadlines and documentation accurately and systematically.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in collaborative working environments.
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Desirable
- Experience in European projects or international programmes, including international volunteering.
- Knowledge of other EU languages.
- Administrative or project management support experience.
