*The Role*

We are seeking a highly organized Site Administrator to provide administrative and document control support across our data centre, energy, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date, coordinating workforce records,



and assisting project teams with the day-to-day administrative requirements of a busy construction site.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Provide administrative support to Site Managers, Project Managers, and project teams.
- Maintain and manage site documentation, records, registers, and filing systems.
- Coordinate workforce onboarding, site inductions, and access requirements.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance documentation is received, reviewed, and maintained.
- Manage timesheets, attendance records, and workforce tracking.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and general procurement documentation.
- Assist with document control procedures, including the distribution of drawings, reports, and project correspondence.
- Prepare meeting minutes, project reports, and administrative updates.
- Support HSE teams with training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
