About The Job
- You'll receive, analyse,
and prepare operational and booking data to ensure accurate setup in our internal planning systems.
- Loading and maintaining cruise line portfolios across our tools and databases will be part of your day-to-day, keeping everything running smoothly.
- You'll coordinate a range of services including shore and river excursions, transfers, port services, and cruise turnarounds.
- Sending operational orders to suppliers and liaising with them to ensure service readiness is key to this role.
- Managing changes, modifications, and cancellations will keep operations flowing seamlessly, while you work closely with Port Delivery teams during cruise calls.
- Supporting cost optimisation, sales planning, and basic operational reporting will help us deliver exceptional service within budget.
