We are looking for an Account Executive (Enterprise) to drive the growth of our Enterprise business in the Italian market. We are a rapidly expanding SaaS company focused on the healthcare sector, seeking a senior professional capable of closing complex, high-value deals within corporate and public-sector environments.

This is a key role within our Enterprise team, working closely with senior leadership and acting as a strategic partner for the Enterprise segment. The position is 100% customer-facing, targeting large healthcare groups and public administrations.

We are looking for a true hunter profile, with strong Enterprise outbound expertise, solid business acumen, and the ability to provide strategic market insights to management.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and close Enterprise opportunities in the Italian market.
- Execute Enterprise outbound strategies: target account identification, stakeholder mapping, active prospecting, and opportunity generation.
- Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, proof of concept, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Build and maintain a strong, realistic, and well-qualified Enterprise pipeline.
- Maintain strict discipline in reporting, follow-up, and sales forecasting.
