What are we looking for?

We are looking for a
technical profile
with a background in SQL development, Data Analysis, or Software Development
to join a integral banking client as a 3rd Line Support Engineer.

The role is focused on supporting business-critical applications, with many of them built around Excel/VBA-based solutions.
Strong experience within Asset Management
is essential.

This
100% remote
position is open to candidates located in
Spain
, requiring
fluent English
for effective collaboration with international teams.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- The 3rd Line Support Engineer is responsible for




providing advanced technical support and change delivery for business-critical applications and data platforms.
- This role focuses on
resolving complex incidents, implementing approved changes, and ensuring the accuracy and continuity
of business data operations.
- The engineer will work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and other support tiers to maintain service quality and system stability.
- Act as the
escalation point for complex technical incidents beyond 1st and 2nd line support.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting using SQL.
- Support and maintain Excel-based business applications.
