Functional Consultants / BPO:
- Lead business transformation and process readiness for deployment
- Align business with core processes, support change management, and secure deployment success.
- Key activities:
- Ensure business pre-requisites at sites
- Drive transformation with site managers
- Prepare and animate Fit-to-Standard workshops
- Coordinate with Technical consultants / TPO
- Support Go-Live & post-Go-Live
- Capture & share best practices
- Expected skills: Business Process Expertise, Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Training Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Domain expertise, Drive & Leadership in transformation, coordination with IT teams
