Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Elian's British School of La Nucía in La Nucía. The A Level Business Teacher with KS3 IT responsibilities will plan, deliver, and assess engaging A Level Business lessons and Key Stage 3 IT classes in line with the English national curriculum. The role includes preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning materials that support a range of abilities and learning styles. The teacher will monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to reporting and parent communication. Additional responsibilities include participating in department meetings, contributing to school initiatives, maintaining an inclusive classroom environment, and supporting students’ wider personal and academic development.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Business and Economics, with the ability to teach A Level content confidently and accurately.




- Demonstrated skills in Education and Lesson Planning, including curriculum implementation and differentiated instruction.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and interact professionally with parents and guardians.
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent) and experience teaching A Level Business and/or KS3 IT within a British or international school context.
- Proficiency with classroom technology and digital tools to support IT teaching and enhance learning.
- Ability to create an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
