Role Overview and ResponsibilitiesAs a Sous Chef at Sani/Ikos Group, at Ikos Andalusia, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the exceptional culinary experiences our guests cherish. Reporting directly to the Chef de Cuisine, you will assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen management and operations
Supervising and training kitchen staff to cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Overseeing inventory management and controlling food costs
Participating in menu planning and development to reflect local flavors and seasonality
Maintaining the quality and consistency of dishes served

Required Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment




Strong culinary skills with a passion for Mediterranean cuisine
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
