What will your day-to-day look like?

We are seeking to hire a lawyer specialized in banking and finance law,



capable of managing the following responsibilities:
- Advise on licensing, authorisation and registration processes before the Bank of Spain and the CNMV.
- Provide ongoing regulatory advice to financial institutions, investment services firms, payment institutions, electronic money institutions, fund managers and other regulated financial entities.
- Advise on fintech, digital assets, sustainable financing and emerging regulatory framework.
- Draft and negotiate loan agreements, syndicated facilities, security documents, refinancing structures and other financial contracts.
- Advise on corporate transactions, acquisitions, investments and restructurings, particularly involving regulated entities and financial services businesses.
- Lead matters with a high degree of autonomy, maintain direct client relationships and coordinate junior lawyers within the team.
