About the Role:

We are looking for a
Business Development Co-Founder
who wants to build a company from the ground up.

This is not a traditional job.

You will become one of the first people shaping the future of Ethereal Core.

Your mission is to help transform a strong engineering vision into a sustainable business.

Initially, this is an equity/volunteer position while we build the product, validate the market, and pursue partnerships, grants, accelerators, and commercial opportunities.

As the company grows and generates revenue, founding contributors will have priority for long-term paid roles.





Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and strategic partners
- Build relationships with founders, CTOs, and decision-makers
- Lead outreach through LinkedIn, email, and networking
- Participate in sales meetings and product demonstrations
- Help define business strategy and go-to-market plans
- Support accelerator, startup, and grant applications
- Represent Ethereal Core within the startup ecosystem
- Work closely with the technical founder on product direction

What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in startups and entrepreneurship
- Passion for building products, not just selling services
- Ability to network and create meaningful relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2) is highly preferred, as this role involves communicating with international clients, partners, and investors.
