RAN =======================================================================================================================

Experience and specialization (from 7 to 10 years)

• More than 10 years as a NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN

• Experience in radio equipment at Nokia and Ericsson in the aforementioned technologies as well as controllers (BSC and RNC)

• Extensive experience in the N1 Technical Support Service, with extensive experience in RAN network management.

• Solid knowledge in the support processes for Telefónica in the field of Mobile RAN Access.

• With knowledge of RAN in the protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc. that make them up.

• With the capacity for analysis, throubleshooting and solution proposal.

Features

• Management of N1 incidents, diagnoses, customer complaints and execution of BTPs.

• Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.

• NOC team management and quality analysis capability

• Systems for Activity and Work Reception, Incident Management and BTPs : iGRI

• Network Element Management Systems: specific to the RAN manufacturers involved.

• Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA.

• Case escalation: iGRI , CEX.

• MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Language

• Mandatory Spanish

• English will be an asset.

Experiencia y especialización (de 7 a 10 años)

• Mas de 10 años como Técnico de NOC con conocimiento en RAN 2G, 3G, 4G y 5G

• Experiencia en equipos de radio en Nokia y Ericsson en las citadas tecnologías así como controladoras (BSC y RNC)

• Amplia experiencia en el Servicio de Soporte Técnico N1, con amplia experiencia de la gestión de la red RAN.
