Legal Specialist

Main responsabilities:

* Drafting and/or reviewing all types of contracts with public and private
entities of different nature: confidentiality agreements, service provision
contracts, purchase and sale of machinery, general contracting conditions,
among others. -
* Preparing and revision of legal documentation of different companies such as
granting of powers, minutes of meetings.
* Resolution of legal queries.
* Monitoring and updating of jurisprudential and regulatory developments
(specifically, in the energy, environment, compliance sectors...).

Main requirements:

* Degree on Law. Master degree on compliance or law, will be valuable.
* Knowledge on commercial law (minutes, certifications, etc), M&A; operations,
negotiate agreements.
* Management and processing of guarantees
