About the Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing European technology company backed by leading international investors.

To support the HR team during a temporary business need, we are looking for an experienced
Interim HR Business Partner / HR Manager
to join the team for an initial six-month assignment.

This is a highly operational role supporting approximately 130 employees across several business functions within an international environment. The successful candidate will work closely with managers and the international HR leadership team, ensuring business continuity while contributing to ongoing HR initiatives and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering




- Act as the trusted HR partner for managers and employees across multiple business functions.
- Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations and people matters.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility and offboarding.
- Conduct recruitment interviews for selected positions.
- Support performance reviews, talent development and other people initiatives.

Employee Relations & HR Compliance
- Manage employee relations cases in accordance with Spanish employment legislation.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, terminations and other employment-related matters.
- Represent the company during conciliation meetings when required.
- Advise managers on HR policies, absence management and employment practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and collective bargaining agreements.

HR Operations & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Monitor key people metrics, including headcount, turnover and absenteeism.
