The role

We're looking for an
AI Technical Engineer intern
to work on the core of the product, alongside our CTO. This isn't a watch-from-the-sidelines internship: your code ships to production from week one and real clients use it every day. It's a modern full-stack role with a strong AI component, where you'll touch product, backend, conversational agents and infrastructure.

To thrive here you need the drive to
learn fast, autonomy and the instinct to build things
real people use, more than mastering the whole stack on day 1. It's a paid 6-month internship in Madrid, with the honest intention that you stay full-time and grow with the company. You'll sit at the center of a small technical team that keeps growing, with
direct access to the founding team
and to decisions that get made fast.

What you'll do
- Design, build and ship
full-stack
features end to end, alongside our CTO, in a
multi-tenant SaaS product
with real clients.
- Work on
conversational AI
: design prompts and tools, and orchestrate language models for our voice and WhatsApp agents.
- Build and maintain
REST APIs
and
webhooks
, with validation and error handling, integrating the platform with WhatsApp (Meta), telephony and industry CRMs.
- Model data
and write
migrations
, respecting tenant isolation.
- Contribute to
infrastructure
: multi-environment deploys, CI/CD, databases and the monitoring that keeps the agents answering 24/7.
- Document
and
communicate
asynchronously in English (code, pull requests, technical decisions).
- Own
quality
: test what you ship, monitor it in production and fix it when it breaks.
