Our client is a specialist turnkey construction company delivering complex projects across the data centre, energy, defence, and advanced technology sectors. *The Role*

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (MEP) to lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages across our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of all building services installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.





*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for MEP activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and specialist installation partners.
- Ensure all MEP systems are installed in accordance with design specifications, technical standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain programme objectives.
- Manage procurement activities and support the selection and appointment of MEP subcontractors.
- Collaborate closely with CSA, Design, Commissioning, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.
- Manage project reporting, change control, cost tracking, and stakeholder communications.
