Role Description
The Operations and Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pamplona, responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of wind energy equipment and systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled and preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and supporting electrical and mechanical repairs in accordance with safety and quality standards. The role involves monitoring asset performance, documenting maintenance activities,



and coordinating with site teams to optimize equipment availability and reduce downtime. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, communicate technical findings clearly, and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and operational practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify, analyze, and resolve equipment and system issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess preventive maintenance and maintenance management skills to plan, execute, and track maintenance activities and optimize asset performance.
