JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced System Validation Engineer to join our
team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing system-level
validation, troubleshooting, and technical support to strategic customers,
including on-site support when required.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments,
drive root cause analysis, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:





Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may
also be assigned):

* Perform system-level validation and testing of IPMI, Redfish, BIOS, firmware,
and software tools for strategic customers, including functional, stress,
regression, and automation testing.
* Provide technical support for strategic customer issues by performing root
cause analysis, driving resolution, and ensuring clear internal coordination
and timely communication.
* Support on-site deployment and validation activities at customer data
centers, requiring travel to customer sites as needed.
* Lead or participate in failure analysis for critical issues and prepare 8D
reports, clearly documenting root causes, corrective actions, and preventive
measures.
* Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test procedures, evaluation
reports, and customer status dashboards.
