Your role:

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to build the pipeline that lets THEKER hire at the pace our growth requires. Our team is about to grow a lot, with hiring running across engineering, deployment, and corporate functions at the same time. Your job is to find the right people before anyone else does.

Day to day, you'll map the market for each open role, reach out to candidates directly, and run a tight pipeline in our ATS.



You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition and with hiring managers across engineering and operations to understand what a good candidate actually looks like for a given role, and you'll adjust your search as that picture sharpens. You won't be judged by activity. You'll be judged by qualified candidates delivered.

What we’re looking for

We want someone with a strong ownership mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and capable of executing fast with high standards.

You should combine structured thinking with strong judgment and be ready to build processes from scratch.
- Previous experience in a role built on consistent outreach and follow-up: recruiting, sales, business development, or another customer-facing function.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
