The M&A; Manager will originate and execute acquisition opportunities aligned with Septeo's corporate strategy, supporting the Group's ambitious growth plan within an LBO environment.




The successful candidate will work closely with Division Leaders and Business Unit Leaders in defining their M&A; strategy while acting as a trusted partner to the Board, ensuring the execution of value-accretive transactions that support Septeo's long-term objectives.

Development and Management of a Strong M&A; Pipeline
Identify acquisition opportunities across Spain, Portugal and, where relevant, LATAM and other European countries.
Develop long-term relationships with founders, shareholders, advisors and potential acquisition targets through proactive outreach, including cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
Analyse market segments and identify strategic acquisition opportunities aligned with the Group's objectives.
Review audited financial statements, management accounts and other preliminary information.
Evaluate acquisition targets based on their business model, financial performance and future outlook.
