Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospects, present tailored technology solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems,



and following up consistently with existing and potential clients. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and building long-term relationships that support client satisfaction and retention. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and market strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and confident interpersonal interaction.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Background in Training or coaching, particularly in explaining products and guiding clients or team members.
