NTT DATA is looking for an experienced
Senior IT
Project Manager to lead 3PL and logistics-related transformation initiatives across LATAM. This is a remote contract opportunity requiring alignment with LATAM business hours.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Freelance
- Location: Remote (LATAM or Europe) - Must support LATAM business hours.
- Time Zone: LATAM working hours required
- Duration: Project-based engagement

Key Responsibilities
- Lead 3PL scope assessments and alignment activities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery and system integrations
- Drive governance, project meetings, and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate vendors and cross-functional business and IT teams
- Prepare and maintain project charters, integrated plans, and status reporting
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Support functional specification reviews and validation activities
- Contribute to OQ/PQ planning, execution, and review processes
- Support cutover planning, data migration activities, and hypercare phases
- Coordinate testing activities including development,



integration, OQ, and UAT phases
- Ensure timely completion of key project milestones and deliverables

Required Experience
- Strong background in project and integration management
- Experience working with 3PL/4PL providers and logistics operations
- Familiarity with warehouse and supply chain implementations
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments across business and IT
- Experience delivering projects in LATAM markets, particularly Brazil, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of enterprise systems landscapes, integrations, and testing methodologies
- Experience with governance reporting, risk management, and vendor coordination
