We are looking for an experienced
Team Lead/Manager
to support the
development of our Dutch market
from our international hub in Barcelona.

This role combines
team leadership, business development, and recruitment activities
. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the German tech ecosystem while
leading and developing a team of consultants
.

We are open to candidates coming from
360 recruitment or B2B sales environments
, as long as they bring strong commercial skills and experience managing a team.

What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a
Team Lead or Manager
- Proven experience in
recruitment, sales, or 360° consulting
- Strong
business development and commercial mindset
- Experience
leading, coaching, and developing a team
- Understanding of the
Dutch / Benelux market
is a strong advantage
- Native or bilingual
Dutch
and fluent
English
- Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a




fast-paced, target-driven environment

Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants
- Support your team in candidate sourcing, qualification, and client interactions
- Drive team performance and KPIs
- Help build and scale a new recruitment project focused on the German market
- Ensure a high-quality recruitment process and candidate experience
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture
