Description
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Led the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, engagement, C&B; policies, and offboarding.
- Manage employee relations, being the first and main point of contact to solve employees' enquiries and HR related issues.




- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support change management processes to drive business transformation.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters for all levels of staff.

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:
