POSITION

At Codeway, we believe great workplaces create great experiences. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our office and help shape a seamless, welcoming environment for our team and visitors.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly day-to-day while supporting our Workplace Operations team and contributing to a positive, engaging atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

- Ensure our office and communal areas are always presentable, well-stocked, and a welcoming space for employees
- Ensure all shared spaces are clean, functional, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times
- Coordinate with the cleaning and catering teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the office and flag issues proactively
- Proactively identify improvements or issues in employee spaces and bring proposals to the Workplace Operations Manager
- Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for ad-hoc team requests and department day-to-day needs
- Provide support with special tasks and time-sensitive requests throughout the operation
- Build a visible, trusted presence on the floor so employees know who to turn to




- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock tracking records
- Categorize, label, and organize products and supplies within the warehouse
- Ensure warehouse and storage areas are clean, orderly, and efficiently structured
- Transport items between the warehouse and office as needed
- Coordinate purchase pickups and liaise with vendors or couriers
- Handle urgent, last-minute purchases for events or operational needs
- Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of internal and external events
- Coordinate transportation and delivery of event materials and merchandise
- Support product packing, kit assembly, and event preparation tasks
- Be available for on-the-day event errands and reactive needs

What We’re Looking For

- A warm, people-first personality with a natural hospitality instinct
- Proactive and solutions-oriented — spots problems before they become complaints
- Physically able to handle and transport goods, boxes, and equipment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently in the field and collaboratively with vendors and teams
- Clear communicator — both with employees on the floor and with the Workplace Operations team
- Basic record-keeping skills for inventory and purchasing
- A valid driver's license (preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Prior experience in hospitality, facilities, logistics, or a people-facing operations role is a plus
